Kabir Singh is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language drama film written and directed by Sandeep Vanga. It is a remake of his own Telugu film Arjun Reddy (2017). Jointly produced by Cine1 Studios and T-Series, the film stars Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani. It focuses on the title character, an alcoholic surgeon who goes on a self-destructive path after his girlfriend is forced to marry someone else.

Kabir Singh Full Movie Review in English
Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani are on a promotional spree for their upcoming film 'Kabir Singh'. The stars are leaving no stones unturned for the promotions and the makers are all set to organize a live concert in Pune. Sachet Tandon and Parampar Thakur, who composed the songs 'Bekhayali' and 'Mere Sohneya' for the film, will perform live at the concert. The film's lead pair Shahid and Kiara Advani will also be present at the gala. During the interaction at the concert, Shahid and Kiara opened up about the movie and their experience.
When asked Kiara if she finds Kabir as an aspirational lover, she averred, “Absolutely! I think he is the kind of lover who will do anything for his girl. He is a kind of lover that every girl eventually would want. I think that’s why Preeti falls in love with him.”

Adding further about Kabir’s qualities Shahid said, “Kabir is a very flawed character, but the reason you can make a film about him is because he is a very drilled character. The best thing about the character is that he is a combination of potential and mutability and those two totally opposite kinds of emotions but he draws that kind of a reaction out which makes him very unique. He can be extreme as a lover and that part can be damaging to people, but he is also controlling and didn't do anything to self and that’s a very rare quality.”
Elaborating further Shahid mentioned, “ People asks me ki aapka strong character hai aur Kaira ka thoda subtle character hai? I always felt that Preeti’s character is the much stronger character in the film, Kabir is actually a weaker character. As people who are stronger are less reactive and people who are weaker are actually more reactive. Kabir is not responding, see there is difference between response and reaction. You think and you respond but Kabir is reactive. He is a vulnerable flawed guy deep inside who does very aggressive roles outside. Kiara’s role is much stronger inside and looks vulnerable outside and for me this is the best part of the film and how the characters are shown. She is the stability in Kabir’s life”.
Talking about love stories Shahid added, “ That the time is gone when you are very obsessed to love stories. Even though I have gone through a phase where few of them have really done well. I was always trying to break out with films like ‘Kaminey’ and ‘Haider’ as i was really not excited about love stories because i think love story ke chakkar main 5-6 gaane aa jaate hain. 50 films main se ek acchi banti hai aur baaki 49 are disappointment. Rather I will take that money and invest it in some other story and it is unhealthy for such heavy dramas when people start making many of those. People say it is the fault of the genre but it is not the fault of the genre it the story which you say. I feel that it is very healthy that we are making films of all types and all genres. It also feels refreshing to do a love story after a long time”
Directed by Sandeep Vanga, the film is slated to release on 21st June, 2019.

बॉलीवुड अभिनेता शाहिद कपूर और कियारा आडवाणी की फिल्म 'कबीर सिंह' का ट्रेलर रिलीज हो गया है। फिल्म में शाहिद कपूर मुख्य भूमिका में हैं और 2 मिनट 43 सेकंड के ट्रेलर में शाहिद की स्क्रीन शेयरिंग काफी लंबी है। ट्रेलर में शाहिद कपूर को काफी स्पेस दिया गया है और उनके गुस्सैल, सनकी, जिद्दी रवैये को दिखाया गया है। आधे से ज्यादा टाइम में शाहिद नशा करते हुए या किसी भी गुस्सा या लड़ाई करते हुए नजर आ रहे हैं। बता दें कि फिल्म 'कबीर सिंह' 2017 में आई तेलुगू ब्लॉकबस्टर 'अर्जुन रेड्डी' की हिंदी रीमेक है।
